Scott SanGeorge
Scott has been coaching Ultimate in the Triad since 2003, starting at Page High School and now at Grimsley. Elected NC Coach of the Year in 2009, he's coached teams to four consecutive HS State finals, culminating in a championship victory with a blended team from two schools in 2010.
Scott has played with various mixed and open club teams in the area, competing at sectionals, regionals, and nationals. As a husband, father of 6, and high school math teacher, he knows the importance of youth development and the crucial role young players play in creating a dynamic Ultimate scene.
While Scott currently coaches at Grimsley High School, practice opportunities are open to all high schoolers in the area. Whether you're from Grimsley or another school, you're welcome to join and develop your Ultimate skills.
