Women's Ultimate Team
Coached by Natalie Watt since 2021, Ruckus competes throughout the academic year with regional tournaments, scrimmages, and community pick-ups for FMP players.
Men's Ultimate Team
TUF supports Wake Forest's Open's team through our collegiate programs. The team competes throughout the academic year and welcomes players of all skill levels.
